About.
I am Alexander John M. Camaddo, an R&D Software Engineer with a backend and data engineering focus.
My current work at Converge ICT Solutions Inc. involves building internal systems for telecom network operations. I work on backend APIs, ingestion pipelines, analytics services, and operational automation that help convert raw infrastructure, vendor, and network data into usable systems for monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and internal dashboards.
I have contributed to systems involving BRAS CGNAT logging, OLT/LCP/BRAS network health dashboards, OLT latency monitoring, Speedtest analytics, OLT port utilization, Ookla Data Lake ingestion, Downdetector reporting, LCP ONU testing workflows, and inventory synchronization.
Technically, I work most often with Python, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Linux, Bash, OpenAPI, Postman, Pytest, Kafka, Flink, Kafka Connect, Filebeat, MinIO/S3, Parquet, and Snappy. I care about building systems that are reliable, testable, documented, and safe to operate in production-like environments.
Before Converge, I built full-stack applications at the SPCF ICT Development Unit, where I worked on school management systems, healthcare systems, mobile applications, booking systems, CMS features, and blockchain-related prototypes.

I contribute to internal software systems used for network operations, monitoring, analytics, data ingestion, and workflow automation. My work focuses on backend services and data pipelines that support operational visibility across telecom infrastructure domains such as BRAS, CGNAT, OLT, LCP, NAP, ONU/ONT, Ookla/ODL, Downdetector, ReportDB alarms, and inventory systems.
I built web and mobile applications for school and partner-organization systems using Laravel, React, React Native, Vue, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and blockchain-related tools. This foundation gave me hands-on experience in backend logic, frontend implementation, database modeling, API development, documentation, and team collaboration.
